FYJC Approval 2022-23: The Maharashtra Government Department of School Education and Sports has published the First Year Junior College (FYJC) Std. 11. Centralized Online Admissions Process 2022-23 on its official website 11thadmission.org.in.
Maharashtra is running a centralized online registration process for the FJJC in five cities including Mumbai MMR, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik and Amravati. Class 11 admission was in Aurangabad in online mode until 2020. However, it has been discontinued since 2021 for unknown reasons.
As per the 2022 FYJC Admissions Schedule published on the Department’s website, the process begins with Higher Secondary Schools and Junior Colleges registering and completing their details and available places from Monday 30th May 2022 pending the declaration of the Maharashtra SSC Results Statement -Grade 10.
FYJC Part 1 Form
Student completion of the FYJC Part 1 form begins Monday, May 30, 2022. Students should note that FYJC Part 1 contains basic and personal student information and a preference list of colleges.
The following steps are required during student enrollment beginning May 30, 2022:
1. Student Registration, Login ID and Password Generation
2. Online submission of the application form part 1 with a newly generated login ID and password.
3. Payment and Blocking of the Form.
4. Review of form, selection of school/council for review
Mock Demo Registration
To familiarize students with the admissions process, students can participate in the mock demo registration, which begins on Monday, May 23, 2022.
“Students will be provided with a mock demo registration facility from May 23-27, 2022 to familiarize themselves with the website and the admissions process,” the Ministry of Education said.
“Students should note that the data filled in during the MOCK-DEMO will be cleared and deleted on May 29, 2022. Actual student registration and form filling will begin on May 30, 2022,” the department said.
“Students will need to re-enroll and fill out a new form upon actual enrollment according to the announced schedule,” it said.
The education department said filling out the Part 2 form or option form will begin after the Class 10 result is declared.
The admissions process for the GJC 2022 should start on May 17th. However, this was the case delayed and the State Council gave no reason.
