A weekend of feverish punches, live from Las Vegas

Do you want to go outside?

For the first time in a long time, the world’s biggest fighting game players (but not me) will be coming to Las Vegas to celebrate the annual Evolution Championship Series Throwdown, better known as Evo 2022. Next year For three days, the best of the best (but not me) will compete in some of the best fighting games out there.

Out of tekke 7 to Street Fighter V, skull girl to Granblue Fantasy: Versusand the game of the hour Guilty Gear struts, we’re promised hours of intense combat action over three days as each game attempts to crown its champion for the current EVO season. In addition, we can expect news, updates, and reveals about some of the current and upcoming fighters. who is on the way street fighter 6? What surprises GG Strive Season 2 stop? Will I ever get out of Ultra Gold?

All (some) of these questions and more will be answered over the next three hot summer nights.

The full Evo 2022 schedule is below, complete with links to the relevant Twitch channels. For simplicity, times are listed in the PT time zone only. Oh, and be aware that Evo is notorious for running path off schedule, so some events are likely to start and/or take place later than expected, with stream channels also subject to change.

Have a good weekend. And, just like Elliot Ness didn’t say, never stop fighting until the fight is over.
