It’s been a terrific event in the Midlands so far, with storylines, exploits and memorable moments galore from a whole range of different sports.
Saturday was to be no different, with many highlights to watch for including the men’s 200m and 1500m finals as Jake Wightman looks to build on his incredible World Championships success.
There’s also Laura Muir and Keely Hodgkinson in the women’s 800m final on the track, with many more medals up for grabs elsewhere in diving, rhythmic gymnastics and wrestling, as well as the cricket and netball semi-finals.
You won’t be short of top-notch action!
