The Genshin Impact 3.0 update will bring characters based on the most anticipated Dendro element. This includes Tignari and Collei, but in addition another Electro character will make its debut. You can get these characters by spending Primogems on their banner.

According to the leaks, the first banner of the Genshin Impact 3.0 update will feature Tighnari and Collei. Tighnari is a 5-star character while Collei is a 4-star character; However, both possess the Dendro element and HoYoverse has already officially announced them.

Additionally, both Tighnari and Collei use a bow as their weapon, and according to Collei’s announcement tweet, she has long known Amber from Mondstadt.

In Phase II of the 3.0 update, we can expect repeats of the Zhonghli and Ganyu banners, and Dori will be joining them as well.

Additionally, leaks suggest there could be another banner just like in the 1.3 update; However, there is no solid information about it.
