Star Trek 4 has a big hurdle to get made, explains Simon Pegg

Simon Pegg explains at his appearance at FedCon that the planned Star Trek 4 film has to overcome a major obstacle in order to be shot.

Simon Pegg recently explained this Star Trek 4 has a great obstacle to overcome in order for it to be done. Without new star trek Media for four years brought JJ Abrams the iconic crew of Star Trek: The Original Series back to the big screen with JJ Abrams’ 2009 star trek. The star prefaced his comments by saying he doesn’t know when or if the sequel will go into production, but explained that one of the main reasons for the lack of a confirmed plan was due to the ensemble cast’s conflicting schedules. “A fourth film is planned. The big problem with that, of course, is that there’s a group of actors who are all busy and running all things. We have to find a moment where we can all be together… As soon as we can find our moment, we can all be together, I’m sure we can do it. I’d love to get back together with these guys… It’s now bittersweet for us for losing Anton [Yelchin] and that’s really hard. I think we’ll miss him when we’re all together. We will sense that he is not there. But I’ll always take any chance I get to hang out with these guys. They have become like family over the past 12 years. So nobody is shy. It’s not like we keep secrets. We’re just waiting for the right moment for everyone to unite. So stay tuned.”

Pegg’s comments certainly make sense as many have the potential Star Trek 4The core cast of are celebrity actors who are in high demand these days. Pine is a sought-after leading man with several films lined up over the next few years. As Gamora, Saldaña is an important player within the MCU, but also one of the central characters in the upcoming one avatar 2 and its sequels. Meanwhile, Pegg himself plays a major role in the next two Impossible Mission Movies that may also clash with what’s to come star trek Movie.

In the age of film and television franchises, actors often commit themselves to a project that can end up being a decades-long affair.
