Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2022 Training Camp, Dates, Schedule

When the Tampa Bay Buccaneers successfully navigate one of the most challenging schedules in franchise history and battle for another Super Bowl title in 2022, it will begin in training camp. So circle this date in your summer calendar: July 27th.

On Thursday, the Buccaneers announced their 2022 training camp schedule, which will include 12 drills with Krewe members and honored guests at the AdventHealth Training Center. Similar to last year, Season Pass Members, Luxury Suite Owners, Stadium Club Members, Premium Seat Holders and Corporate Partners have access to these practices on a first-come basis, prioritized by tenure.

“We are excited to offer our Krewe members and corporate partners the opportunity to come back out and witness the start of our team’s preparations for the upcoming 2022 season,” said Brian Ford, Buccaneers Chief Operating Officer. “Training camp is always one of the most anticipated times of the year for our Season Pass members and their passion during these training sessions always increases the energy level of training for our players. We also look forward to continuing our longstanding tradition of honoring our military and celebrating with our community partners on special days reserved exclusively for them.”

Access to all practice sessions requires a digital ticket, which is available to all members through the Ticketmaster Account Manager. There is a $5 reservation fee per ticket, with proceeds going to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Foundation to strengthen the community, inspire youth and drive social change through programs that enrich the lives of families in the area.

Those unable to attend training can still watch the start of each of these 12 workouts on the team’s Training Camp Report show, which is available on Buccaneers.com, as well as on the Bucs is aired.

The Buccaneers will open camp with practice on Wednesday, July 27 beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the presence of Season Pass members. Each of the first 10 training sessions begins at 8:30 a.m.; the final two, joint practices with the Miami Dolphins, begin at 10:00 a.m. There are six exercises designated for Season Pass members, including two involving the visiting Dolphins.

Two further training sessions are reserved for members of the Stadium Club. The Buccaneers will also host a special Women of Red Day training view on Tuesday, August 9 at training camp presented by AdventHealth, the team’s female fan club, and their annual military day presented by USAA on Monday, August 1 Aug. Practice on Wednesday, Aug. 3 has been dubbed Community Day and will include guests from a number of Tampa Bay area non-profit organizations, including athletes from Special Olympics Florida, who will participate in post-practice soccer drills with players from the Buccaneers.

All 12 drills are currently scheduled to take place on the outdoor practice fields, which will provide covered bleachers for participants. The Saturday, July 30 field session is part of a league-wide initiative called Training Camp: Back Together Saturday.

The NFL requires teams to begin camp with an acclimatization period that gradually increases the time that can be spent on the field and the amount of contact allowed. The first full pad, full contact practice at Tampa Bay training camp will be held on Monday, August 1st. The two joint practice sessions with the Miami Dolphins on August 10 and 11 precede the team’s preseason meeting on Saturday at Raymond James Stadium. 13 August.

Free parking is available in the lot next to the AdventHealth Training Center, which opens 1.5 hours before the start of the training. The gates to the practice fields will open one hour before the scheduled start time. Fans are not allowed to bring any bags to practice, with the exception of small clutch-style handbags and diaper bags.

Buccaneers fans can purchase official team merchandise at the Fanatics Buccaneers Team Store, which will be onsite during training camp. The Fan Activation Zone includes local dining and performances by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders and Captain Fear. Additional activities include the Jr. Bucs Kids Zone, Bucs Street Team RV and various Buccaneers sponsor activations.
