There are dream homes, and then there is her in your dreams Houses.
We’re talking about houses with underground tunnels, inside and Outdoor pools and more bathrooms than the average number of rooms in a typical home.
Point2 has compiled a list of the most expensive homes in each US state and Washington DC, reports WXIN.
“With gleaming listings ranging from an Atlantic Boardwalk mansion in New York to a North Dakota residence in the middle of a conservation area, they all have one thing in common: They’re amazing homes with equally amazing price tags,” the real estate market news service reported.
It’s no surprise that the list is the most expensive house in California. A 25,025-square-foot Malibu home is on the market for $225 million in the Golden State — about 60 times more than the most expensive Nebraska home on the list last.
The California home features 16 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, a gym, a beach house, guest houses, an office, an underground tunnel, and a movie theater, among other features.
The Nebraska home has an asking price of $3.75 million and features four bedrooms, six bathrooms, water views, a lake room with a fireplace, a hot tub and more.
Here in Heartland is a nearly $10 million seven bedroom, 12 bathroom mansion on the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, and a $6.7 million home in Sumner County, Kansas for sale.
There’s even at least one celebrity crib on the list.
Indiana’s most expensive home is racing icon Tony Stewart’s $30 million lodge, which features a 22-acre lake.
