What channel is NASCAR on today? TV schedule, start time for the Road America race

The Cup Series regular season is fast approaching its final stages. Before that, however, the Kwik Trip 250 takes place.

Road America is one of the most famous racetracks in the country, but it’s only hosted three Cup Series races if you count Sunday’s event.

Chase Elliott, last year’s winner, is an alleged favorite this year, especially after taking the checkered flag at last week’s Ally 400 in Nashville. But on the 4-mile street course, a few riders were able to assert themselves.

The course is the longest in the Cup Series and the terrain can prove treacherous, especially when sand, gravel and grass mix with the racing surface.

In addition, the race is still relatively unknown among veterans of the Cup Series. This will be only her second Cup race at the track.

For those hoping to secure a spot in the Cup Series playoffs, the Kwik Trip 250 means it all. Given the novelty of the race, there will certainly be a bevy of riders hoping to book their post-season ticket with a win on Sunday.
