CONWAY, Ark. – A new season begins for the Central Arkansas women’s basketball team as the Sugar Bears attend the ASUN conference and announce the 2022-23 schedule. “This year marks the first time since Covid that we’ve been able to play a full non-conference schedule and we’re looking forward to playing against some good regional programmes. I feel like our non-conference schedule will help us prepare for the competition we will face in ASUN,” Rushing said of the schedule. “ASUN is a very competitive conference with great players and great coaches . You have to bring your A game to the ASUN every night and that’s what we’re going to strive for.”
